Shipping Destination
We ship to the Canadian Provinces (except for Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and Labrador) to the contiguous United States.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary according to final destination and are specified within each of the product descriptions. The shipping times are calculated after the order has been shipped. We work with an order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees. Due to the Covid, delays are to be expected.

Order Status
You will receive a confirmation email regarding the order you placed through this store.

Returns/Exchanges/Refund
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to health or hygiene reasons, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@dejavuchicboutik.com.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@dejavuchicboutik.com within 2 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Wrong/Damaged Product, Stolen Packages, Missing Items
We (DejaVuChicBoutik.com) are not responsible for any missing items, lost or stolen packages.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@dejavuchicboutik.com within 2 days after receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Customs and taxes
Customs inspections and fees may apply. In the event that customs fees, brokerage fees, and/or taxes are applied to your order, these are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not pay for duties and/or taxes, nor can we control delays due to customs and import laws. A shipping refund will not be given if your package is delayed beyond our control.
